This is an
antique dresser made in the early 1800's in New
England. The dresser is made of cherry-wood
with inlays of maple. This classic
five-drawer dresser was designed by Jon Leqaux a
well-known French designer who moved to New
Hampshire in 1823.
This is the
only known dresser of its kind still in existence
and it is in excellent condition.
