Log Changes

I discussed log changes with Kim in the traffic department, and Chuck and David in Operations.  The changes were reviewed and altered. We determined the form for submitting the changes and that it would be best, and that the changes should take place a couple of days after the holidays.  These changes will take place Thursday, 01/05/07.

Board-Operators Manual

I have completed a Board-Op Manual so each new board-operator can quickly get up to speed with what we are doing and to feel as if they have a certain amount of ownership in our challenge.  You will receive a hard copy of the manual.

Sales Presentation Binder

I have prepared a Sales Presentation Binder STRICTLY AS A SUGGESTION of how we might improve our sales.  It is an example of what I put together while I was in sales at KATW and KASY and what I prepared for my staff when I was GSM at KENU.  You will receive a hard copy of the binder.

Weekend Programming Review

I reviewed what other Salem stations are airing for weekend programs, (as per Michael Reichert’s suggestion).  I am in the process of analyzing their programming.  I will prepare a comparison analysis of weekend programming with suggestions of how we can better ours.
