Log Changes

Saturdays log changes went into effect last weekend so we had some template tweaking to do.  This weekend the Sunday log changes will go into effect.  I also instituted log changes for "Parker Cruise and Tour" which begins on KOL tomorrow (Saturday) at noon.

Board-Operators

We will have our next Board Operators meeting this Monday, March 5th at 7:00pm.

Production

We eliminated some redundancy problems (when a rejoin liner follows a promo).  And reassigned certain production duties to insure they are getting accomplished.

Weekend Programming

I needed to make some technical (engineering) adjustments to facilitate "Around the Home and More".  These adjustments will improve our ability to record and/or stream audio generated on the Talk Studio board.

Promotions

We started our "Listen at Work" promotion this week by airing the first promo. I also posted the rules on the website, and put a "contest binder" in the control room.  We will begin airing the next promo next week, and will start collecting business names on the air.

I explored venue options for the "KOL Class Reunion", and reserved the Alki Room at the Seattle Center (250 banquet style).  It should work very well for the event and the cost is reasonable ($820).  We will need approval within a couple of weeks.

News/Traffic

I talked to Gina Tuttle this week about some improvements to our news and traffic from Metro.
