Log Changes

Just a few log changes submitted this week.  I have begun to make changes to some of the weekend shows.  This is an attempt to get more call letters and promos in on the weekends.

Board-Operators

I interviewed and hired another board operators this week (Joshua L).  I also spent time training the board operator that was hired last week (Rolly).  I also needed to let one of our board ops go (Trayton).  Weekday Board Operators (Reiny, Heidi, and Harrison) weekly features were evaluated.  Next week we will begin instruction and training on news writing and delivery.  New Board Operator schedule starts this weekend.

Production

I did more production than normal this week.  Doing most of the weekly tasks done by the evening board op, (since that shift now has "new hires").

Weekend Programming

I prepared a new broadcast wheel and demo play list for the "Around the Home and More" show. They are starting with a few stations airing their show on the 10th, and we need to redo the structure and production elements of the show in order for that to happen.

Promotions

We are still waiting on the "counter tents" to be printed.  So our "Listen at Work" promotion will start a week or so into February.  The "KOL Class Reunion" event is in need of a venue.  If we do not secure a venue soon, this event will not be able to happen.  I designed a KOL magnet and a couple of print ads.
