Log Changes

No log changes this week.  We will need to get our weekend schedule in place before those changes can be made.

Board-Operators

Weekday Board Operators produced demos of the features that they are planning to produce weekly.  They will be turned in on Monday of next week, when I will evaluate and critique them.

Production

I prepared two public affairs programs, (one for this week and one for next). I also wrote on-air promos for our first up-coming station promotion.

Weekend Programming

We met with several folks this week in regards to changes to the Saturday schedule. I am still waiting for approval on several programs that I have proposed to add to the weekend schedule. I would like a yes or no on these programs as soon as I can so I can continue to try to get the weekend into shape.  Then I will be able to adjust the weekend logs to include the liners and promos we need to be running.  I also met with Mike Siegel this week and will be present a proposal for a Local Afternoon Weekend show next week.

Promotions

The Phones should be ready next week, so we should be able to begin our “Listen at Work” promotion at the start of February.  We will need to start moving quickly on the “KOL Class Reunion”.  May 23^rd will come quickly and a venue will become harder to secure.
