Log Changes

Log changes took effect Friday 01/05/07.  We will evaluate and make further adjustments to the log next week.

Board-Operators

Board Operators started this week.  The first two days I spent all day, (5am to 7pm) doing “show and tell”, and then let them be more on their own as the week continued. Next week we will be working through the adjustments to the log and template.  I have assigned our weekday board-ops duties, including promo updating and feature production. We will begin these tasks starting next week.

Production

We did the second public affairs interview, and I prepared some “best of” hours for this weekend to fill in the gaps we have from eliminating the WOR programs.

Weekend Programming

I have included my latest up-dated proposal for weekend programming. It is designed to outline a direction for the future, giving the sales department a clear look at what is available, while maintaining continuity through transitions.

Promotions

We are still waiting KOL phone numbers to be established.  Due to this delay we will start our “Listen at Work” promotion one month later than planned (at the start of February).  Because the “KOL Class Reunion” is date specific, we will need to start on this promotion next.  Our first order of business for the Class Reunion is a venue. We should target having a venue by the middle of February.
