This is the Bonus Agreement.
Notice: the minimum commissions at 18%.
I would advise paying more than that ... (from 20% to 25%).
Mainly, this agreement is to make sure
drivers continue to sell through the end of September.
I eventually discontinued the end-of-the-year
bonus (and this agreement) and gave incentives in the daily
pay. Incentives in the daily pay
seemed to work much better, and brought in higher sales.
Sooo, don't use this agreement ...
I just provide it as an example of things that I had tried.
